Nationwide, the average per-guest cost for wedding catering is $68, but by hiring a food truck, you can probably cut that cost to $20-$25 per guest. If you host 168 people at your wedding (the current nationwide average), booking a food truck would cost $3,360-$4,200, compared with $11,424 for catering

Catering Styles

The Potato Coop offers Three main catering styles




We will come to the location provided with our food truck and serve the guest from of the truck. Clients pay per guest and a service fee.

Truck Catering


We will prepare food and deliver it to your location packaged specifically for catering. Clients pay per pan and a service fee.

Drop Off Catering


We will set up a full-service buffet that our servers will manage or your guest will be served a plated meal. Clients pay per guest and a service fee.

Full Service Catering

Our standard packages range from $6 - $30 per person!

  What to expect during the Potato Coop’s booking process…


To begin the booking process all you need to do is submit a booking inquiry! All the inquiry consist of is your contact information.



Once the booking inquiry is complete you will receive an email with the password to sign into your client portal. Clients can view emails, contracts, complete forms, and more all from the portal!



Next is the next steps form! This short form only takes a minute to complete. We will gather some basic information about the big day! You will receive an email with a link to complete the next steps form or you can locate it in your portal.



Again, you will receive an email with a link to the catering packages form or you can locate it in your portal. From this form you will be able to pick your package!



You guessed it! Check your portal or inbox for the menu options form! Here you will select which menu options you would like us to serve.



Next you will review the details about the services we are providing. If the services are described as requested you will sign it and move onto the final step.



Congratulations! You are almost done! You will receive an invoice for a 50% deposit (as per the contract). Once that is paid the booking process is complete!
